Hi there! I'm Brianna, the owner and lead planner here at B.free Event Planning. I've always had a passion for organizing celebrations and an eye for details, which led to me joining the floral industry almost a decade ago. I further put those skills to use four years ago by helping a friend plan her wedding and after that, I was hooked! From there, I enrolled in and completed the Union Mentorship Program from Wolfer & Co. to help round out my wedding knowledge and further enhance my skills. Since then, I've had the pleasure of helping numerous couples create their dream weddings, and I would be thrilled to assist you too!

Why hire a planner?Great question! Well for starters, many people don't have experience putting together an event of this size and can feel overwhelmed with the logistics of it. So why not take advantage of the experience and advice that comes with someone who has done this countless times if you're able to? Leveraging our expertise can save you time, reduce stress, and provide you with insider knowledge and connections to help elevate your event to the next level. And even if you do have experience organizing events, most couples don't want themselves or their loved ones to be the one running the show on their special day! A planner or coordinator is a skilled professional who is able to provide as much support as you need and make your special day run smoothly - what more could you need?

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator? The terms "wedding planner" and "wedding coordinator" are often used interchangeably, but they actually refer to two very distinct roles! A wedding planner is involved from the very beginning of your wedding journey. They assist with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor recommendations, contract review, and overall design. Planners will provide you with detailed timelines and manage the logistical aspects of your event from start to finish, ensuring your journey to the altar is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible! On the other hand, a wedding coordinator usually comes into the picture about a month before your wedding day. Their primary role is to manage your plans and ensure that all the details you have planned are executed flawlessly. They confirm arrangements with vendors, create a day-of timeline, and manage the schedule on the day of your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. In essence, while a wedding planner helps you throughout the entire planning process, a wedding coordinator focuses on managing and executing your well-laid plans on the actual day of the wedding. At Bfree Event Planning, we offer both services to cater to your specific needs, ensuring your big day is nothing short of perfect!

My venue has a coordinator, isn't that enough?Venue coordinators are fantastic! Their job is to help your day run smoothly, which they do wonderfully since they're so familiar with the venue and its employees. However, while venue coordinators are adept at managing logistics specific to the venue, their primary role is to work for the venue, not for you. They aren't alongside a couple their entire wedding planning journey and typically don't manage outside vendors, set up décor that is brought in, or cover multiple locations if your getting ready site, ceremony, and reception are in different places. With a wedding planner or coordinator, you get a dedicated team that follows you wherever your event takes you, from getting ready offsite to managing the transition between ceremony and reception. Our focus is entirely on YOU, ensuring every detail is perfect, making your event seamless and unforgettable.
